2EK: And [past] be, when they-[plural] travel from east, [past] they find [obj] flat-land in land known-as "Shinar", and [past] they dwell with/at/to that-place.

2EK! ["From the east" seems to be the Hebrew meaning.]

3EK. Et ha cwo u kajdi al ta sosed, "ei hu vya far o brikli et fleg afon" kwo, et ha es tsu ta u la brik pur lapid et la asfalt pur argamas.

3EK: And [past] speak [subj] each to they neighbor, "Hey! [let's] we make [obj] brick-[plural] and burn fully" [quote], and [past] be to/for they [subj] the brick for/instead-of stone and the asphalt for/instead-of mortar.

3EK! [I don't know if marking all quotations with a particle is a good idea, but for now this is the pattern I will be following.]

4EK. Et ha tali cwo, "ei hu vya stroi tsu se o gorod et tur a tcima ni la nebo, et safar tsu se o nom lest vya sparufa al pinta de tam la mond" kwo.

4EK: And [past] they-[plural] speak, "Hey! [let's] we build to/for self [obj] city and tower with/at/to top in the sky, and "make" to/for self [obj] name lest we scatter-[future] to surface of all the world" [quote].

5EK. Et ha nidlai u he Yahweh para vid o gorod et tur lo stroioha u la sinli de he Aadaam.

5EK: And [past] down-come [subj] known-as "Yahweh" in-order-to see [obj] city and tower which built [subj] the son-[plural] of known-as "Adam".

6EK. Et ha cwo u he Yahweh, "ke vid na mencli un, et na salabia un tsu omni ta, et koo be ta del, et nun ne fa pidat o ta van omni lo planinofa a del".

6EK: And [past] speak [subj] known-as "Yahweh", "[verb-marker] see [present-tense] people-[plural] is-one, and "lip" is-one to/for all they, and this-[obj] [beginning] they do, and now not [future] restrain [obj] they from all which planning with/at/to do".

6EK! [Perhaps I should allow the object of "lo" to be a verbal phrase here: "lo fa planin a del", though it introduces some ambiguity.]

7EK. "Ei hu yali ale et zamec ni sotop o ta yazik agar ne ta pu wakar o yazik a ta sosed" kwo.

7EK: "Hey! [let's] I-[plural] go and mix-up in/at/on that-place [obj] they language so-that not they can understand [obj] language with/at/to they neighbor" [quote].

8EK. Et ha sparin lu he Yahweh u tali van sotop al pinta de tam la mond, et ha tali ses a stroi o la gorod.

8EK: And [past] cause-scattered [cause] known-as "Yahweh" [subj] they-[plural] from that-place to surface of all the world, and [past] they-[plural] cease with/at/to building [obj] the city.

9EK. Sorezon ha nomin o ta nom he Baabel, sorezon sotop ha zamec u he Yahweh o yazik de tam la mond, et van sotop ha ta sparin lu he Yahweh al pinta de tam la mond.

9EK: That-reason [past] cause-name [obj] they name known-as "Babel", that-reason that-place [past] mix-up [subj] known-as "Yahweh" [obj] language of all the world, and from that-place [past] they cause-scattered [cause] known-as "Yahweh" to surface of all the world.

:EK. This is an initial translation of the Babel passage into Eklektu. I'm not yet good at writing Eklektu fluently and idiomatically, but this is probably very close to what the final version would look like. I've also added a literal English translation and some notes. I used an interlinear Hebrew-English translation as my primary source, with reference to the NASB and NIV versions in addition.
Eklektu has at least three ways of expressing "we": "vya" inclusive, "tya" exclusive, and "yali" I-plural. I chose to use the I-plural form, which could easily be interpreted as the "royal we", or equally as a generic "we" which might include angels or some other beings.
