Description	This is an abugida with CVC characters. Note that the chart shows character parts (try to decode the four characters at the top of the chart, to discover the indigenous name of the script!). This script is actually well adapted to Klingon, and all Klingon sounds are catered for (thus the non-IPA <Q> is the Klingon [qX] affricate). West Emmet, where this script is used, has borrowed its name from an Elven kingdom in Tolkien's Middle Earth.
