Resources for Tolkienian Linguistics: An Annotated Guide - Carl F. Hostetter writes, "The purpose of this page is to provide references to useful, generally reliable, and (in my lay opinion as a non-lawyer) legal resources for those interested in the study of the invented languages of J.R.R. Tolkien."
Richard Kennaway's Constructed Languages List - The premiere page of links to model languages and language resources.
Romance Conlang List - The current Romance Conlang List (replaces the ownerless https://groups.yahoo.com/group/romanceconlang).
The Rosetta Project - "The Rosetta Project is a global collaboration of language specialists and native speakers working to develop a contemporary version of the historic Rosetta Stone. In this updated iteration, our goal is a meaningful survey and near permanent archive of 1,000 languages. Our intention is to create a unique platform for comparative linguistic research and education as well as a functional linguistic tool that might help in the recovery or revitalization of lost languages in unknown futures." The site is also working to compile the Swadesh word list in each covered language.
