Mentolatian is almost certainly related in some way to Aryan, but is probably not actually an Aryan language. It is OVS and the bits are held together with "relational particles" (almost certainly an area feature). It resists long string compounding (which most other area languages are fond of), preferring instead to link the adjectival portion of a noun phrase with a binary compound made up of noun and verb roots; e.g., "The quick brown fox..." would come out as "Concerning the fox-that-runs which-is-brown..."
