Introduction | This wasn't really a serious project, and I was just playing around to see if I could make a language that was very dependent on vowels. The finished version has 24, and only twelve consonants. Consonants are pronounced as in English ( is pronounced as /sh/). Vowel pronunciation is complicated, see the website for more details. As I've said, this wasn't really a serious project and I've only been working on it for twelve hours total INCLUDING substantial breaks. There may be mistakes, and I hope to correct them as soon as possible. The name Vônánà means simply 'language'. |
