| Introduction | Lesnoraíth is my first attempt at a constructed language and has existed in its current form for about 2 months, although I've been playing with the idea for about 4. I hope to develop the language to a point where I can actually use it to journalize and converse with my children. The name, Lesnoraíth, was chosen before I learned much about Tolkien's Sindarin and coincidentally translates to "Noble Tongue." It is currently simply a working name and will probably be changed eventually. Pronunciation notes: the digraph dh represents the /th/ sound of English THese. |
