IntroductionFrionske is a language based on Dutch and Dutch dialects, with some Scandinavian influences, it is extinct but has recently been revised to keep it alive for people who would like to use Frionske.

Interlinear Translation 1Now had the whole world one language and one and the same speech.
Translation 2When people to the east went, found they a plain in the land of Shinar.
Translation 3And they said to each other: "Let we bricks make and them good bake". They used bricks in place of stone, and tar as cement.
Translation 4Then said they: "Let we a city build, and a tower so high as the heaven, so that we a name for ourselves can make and not will scattered over the whole world."
