Uniqueness	Shaelic uses what it calls "elucidatives" to indicate thought progression and sentence meaning. It is also the primary honorific in the language. The lexicon has over 3,000 words.

Design Principles	It is a very inflecting language. Shaels use affixes for about everything, from verbal meaning, standard derivational morphology to altering their own names.
