Uniqueness	The first sound in each word is determined by the element to which the word belongs (spirit, air, water, or earth).
Language Sources	I didn't consciously base it on any existing languages, but I'm sure it's been influenced by languages I've learned.
Design Principles	The two main design principles are euphony and lexical economy. Because of strict phonotactic rules, there are only 816 possible root words, of which I've used 463. I'm trying not to add any more.
Interest Of Others	A few people have read the fiction in which Lûá is used. They seem to be more interested in the story than in the language.
