Language Typefictional diachronic language
UniquenessSyntax is VSO with some twists; prepositions affect verbs' tenses, moods, and aspects. There are two copulas: one which answers how something is (e.g. condition, location, size, color, quality) and the other what something is (e.g., classification, identification, also used for creating a question). Denisian also has two copulas for the verb "have": one that's for the object and one for sickness, conditions, and traits. Of course, it has lenition and eclipsis, which is common in Celtic tongues. The language is in use on a conworld. The language also uses the middle voice.
Language SourcesProto-Celtic, Irish, Welsh, with some French and German.
Interest Of OthersNo one as of yet, perhaps people who like Celtic natlangs and conlangs will like it.
