Review"Why is Houghton-Mifflin pushing Ruth Noel's book on Tolkien's languages? Are they trying to cash in on the movie generated interest? People should know that it is probably the most inaccurate book on the subject available. The information as of the publication of the book was scant and even in consideration of this obstacle, her analysis was weak (Allan for example did better). I consider this move by Houghton-Mifflin to be unethical. It is like a car dealer selling a car that he knows will immediately break down instead of spending the money to have it fixed." - Heensle
